Which Apollo Beach local businesses deserve a closer look?

Posted by the Apollo Beach Community Website Team. Which independent local business would you like our team to learn more about, and why? If you recommend a place, describe your own experience and when you visited. If you own, work for or have another connection to the business, please say so. Please keep this thread useful and specific.
